• What is the IIM Kozhikode BMS Program?

IIM Kozhikode BMS is a four-year full-time undergraduate program offers Major in Management Education. But students can also opt for Minors in fields such as Liberal Studies, Economics and Public Policy, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Psychology and Behavioural Sciences, Finance and Big Data, and more along with Management

It emphasizes critical thinking, ethical leadership, and multi-disciplinary learning—something that sets it apart from traditional BBA courses.

This program is housed under the IIM Kozhikode Kochi Campus and is designed in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020

Who Can Apply for IIM Kozhikode BMS Program

To be eligible for the IIM Kozhikode BMS program for the 2025 academic session, candidates must fulfill the following conditions:

• 1. Educational Qualification

i. Candidates must have completed their Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognized board

ii. Students appearing for their Class 12 exams in 2025 are also eligible to apply, provided they meet the qualifying criteria at the time of admission



• 2. Minimum Marks Required:

i. General, EWS, NC-OBC: Minimum 60% in Class 12

ii. SC, ST, PwD: Minimum 55% in Class 12



• 3. Age Limit:

There is no specific age limit mentioned; however, applicants should have completed their schooling within the regular academic progression



• 4. International Applicants

Students with foreign qualifications must provide equivalence certification from AIU

IIM Kozhikode BMS Entrance Test (IIMK BMS AT)

To get shortlisted for this prestigious undergraduate program, candidates must take the IIMK BMS Aptitude Test, which assesses:

• i. Quantitative Aptitude
• ii. Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
• iii. Logical Reasoning

The entrance test is online, and final selection also involves a Personal Interview (PI)

Exemptions from the Entrance Test (IIMK BMS AT)

Certain candidates are exempt from taking the IIMK BMS Aptitude Test under specific criteria:

• 1. Applicants with a valid SAT score can apply directly
• 2. Candidates with a valid JEE Main score can also apply for the BMS program
• 3. Foreign nationals applying under the SAF quota are exempt from the entrance test

Note: All exempted candidates must still attend the Personal Interview (PI) round and meet document verification and eligibility standards.
