About CUET PG Exam:

The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) PG exam to applicants for postgraduate admission at various Central Universities and other participating colleges. The online written test and the counseling round are both parts of the CUET PG exam selection procedure. Participating institutes administer the CUET PG counselling to candidates who clear the online written test.

Every year, more than 180 universities take part in the CUET PG test. Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, All Central Universities, IIMC New Delhi, GGS IP University, Jamia Milia Islamia, IIIT Lucknow, IITTM, Delhi Technological Universities, and other prestigious universities are among those that take part in the CUET PG exam.

CUET PG 2026 Eligibility Criteria:


  • The candidates who have passed the bachelor degree/equivalent examination or appearing Candidate can appear in CUET (PG) Exam.

  • The eligibility criteria for admission may be unique for every University, the candidates are advised to visit the University website to which they are applying for their respective programs.

  • The candidates will be required to fulfill the age criteria of the University in which they are desirous of taking admission.

  • There Is No Age Limit

CUET PG 2026 Paper Pattern:


The CUET PG Exam Pattern varies for each subject, with differences in the quantity of sections, questions, and marks allotted to different groups. Therefore, it is crucial that candidates go over the CUET PG Exam Pattern in depth and topic by topic.

The Question Paper which will have 75 questions

  • All questions will be based on Subject-Specific Knowledge.

  • All questions are compulsory.

  • The Questions will be Bilingual (English/Hindi).

CUET PG 2026 Marking System:


  • Each question carries 04 (four) marks

  • For each correct response, candidate will get 04 (four) marks.

  • For each incorrect response, 01 (one) mark will be deducted from the total score

  • Un-answered/un-attempted response will be given no marks
