Before applying for eCHAT 2024, candidates must ensure that they are eligible. The eligibility conditions are listed below:

• Pass the Class 12 examination or equivalent, with English as one of the subjects.


• Those taking the Class 10+2 or equivalent test can also participate in E-CHAT 2024.


• Upper age limit: 22 years as of July 1, 2024.

The selection process of IIHM ECHAT is based on two factors:

• ECHAT entrance test


• Group Discussion & Personal Interview

• The application fee can be paid via cash/cheque/demand draft (DD) at any of the IIHM campuses.


• In the case of DD, the payment via DD is to be made in favor of the “International Institute of Hotel Management” and should be payable at Delhi/Kolkata/Pune/Bangalore/Jaipur/Hyderabad/Ahmedabad.


• The application fee is INR 600.
