    ABOUT MCACET EXAM

    Maharashtra MCA Common Entrance Test, commonly known as MAH MCA CET is the entrance exam for admission to MCA courses offered by various government and private colleges in Maharashtra. The exam is conducted every year by the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell in online mode as a Computer Based Test. Candidates seeking admission in the MCA course in Maharashtra have to qualify the entrance exam.

    MAH MCA CET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

    Candidates must meet the following conditions of eligibility criteria for applying to MAH MCA CET 2024. 

    • Candidates should be Indian National
    • Candidates should have passed BCA or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent degree
    • Candidates having passed B.Sc. or B.Com. or B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University) 
    • Obtained at least 50% aggregate marks in graduation (at least 45% in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, economically weaker section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State); Or Candidates appearing for the final year of the qualifying examination are also eligible to appear for CET

     


    MAH MCA CET 2025 Exam Pattern

    The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will conduct MAH MCA CET 2025 exam in online mode as a Computer Based Test. The exam will have a total of 100 questions and the total duration of the paper will be 1.5 hours.

    The counselling process will include registration, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, fee payment etc. The MAH MCA CET seat allotment will be based on the Centralized Admission Process (CAP).
