Selection Process Following XAT 2025:

All institutes that accept XAT scores have their own admissions processes and interview rounds. The XAT admission procedure for XLRI Jamshedpur consists mostly of three parts. They are as follows:

Step 1: Shortlisting Candidates:

  • To be considered for the subsequent admission rounds, candidates must score above the XAT cutoffs

Step 2: Group Discussion & Interview:

  • Shortlisted candidates must go through a group discussion and an interview stage. These rounds will take place at multiple centers across many cities, and shortlisted candidates will be required to select their preferred location.

Step 3: Final selection:

  • The final list of candidates will be compiled using XAT scores, GD-PI rounds, and academic history, among other criteria. Thus, the final candidates would be required to complete the admissions processes.

XAT 2025 Registration/Application Fee:

  • The XAT Exam Fees are not differentiated based on the candidate's category, unlike most other MBA Entrance Exams. Aside from the XAT application fees, candidates must pay for the programs that they desire to apply for: XAT Registration Fee (No Late Fee) - INR. 2200/- Candidates interested in the XLRI program(s) need to pay an additional fee of INR 200/- each.
