    About NMAT 2024 Exam:

    • The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) will start NMAT registration in the first week of August 2024. Candidates seeking MBA admissions to top Indian or international business schools can take the NMAT exam 2024 three times throughout the test window of approximately 70 days. Typically, the NMAT exam dates range from October to December.
    • The NMAT exam scheduling method allows candidates to schedule their exam dates within the test timeframe. NMAT scheduling window will be provided on the login dashboard for all applicants who complete the NMAT registration and fill out the application form.
    • NMAT, or NMAT by GMAC, is a national-level entrance exam for MBA admissions at NMIMS University and other prestigious business schools in India and overseas. The Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies administered the NMAT until GMAC took it. NMAT is created with the test-taker's convenience in mind. During the exam window, candidates can use the NMAT scheduling option to choose their preferred exam day and venue. NMAT and GMAT share similar features, such as the opportunity for candidates to select their favorite day during a testing window and self-schedule the exam, time and venue, and appointment date based on seat availability at the preferred test center. NMAT by GMAC scores are based on candidates' performance in three sections: Language Skills, Quantitative Skills, and Logical Reasoning.

    NMAT Eligibility Criteria 2024:


    The exam conducting authority has established the eligibility conditions for NMAT 2024, which are shown below. Before registering for the NMAT, candidates must meet certain qualifying requirements.


    • Candidate must have completed graduation under 10+2+3 or four years of education pattern from any stream
    • Secured not less than 50 per cent aggregate in the final year of graduation
    • Candidates awaiting results or in their last year of graduation are also able to apply for the NMAT 2024. Admission is provided on a provisional basis until the graduation mark sheet and certificate from the qualifying examination are submitted.
    • There is no age limit to apply for the NMAT 2024.
    • Although professional experience is not required, individuals with two to three years of work experience are given precedence during the final selection process.
    • Candidates must also check the qualifying criteria of each NMAT-participating college before registering for the exam. Applicants must choose five institutes of their preference for admission while applying, and those institutes may have various eligibility requirements.


    NMAT 2024 Paper Pattern:


    he Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) has issued the NMAT exam pattern. The exam pattern for NMAT 2024 is comparable to the previous year's exam structure. No changes have been made to the NMAT 2024 test structure. The NMAT test structure requires applicants to answer up to 108 questions in 120 minutes. The NMAT consists of three sections: Language Skills, Quantitative Skills, and Logical Reasoning, each with 36 questions.

    NMAT Exam Pattern 2024 Major Highlights:


    The NMAT exam offers a unique exam structure with the following user-friendly features.


    1. Three Attempts : During an admission cycle, candidates can take the test three times: once for the exam and twice for retakes.
    2. Slot Booking/Exam Scheduling : Candidates can select the day, time, and venue of the exam based on their convenience.
    3. Choosing the Section Order : Candidates can select the day, time, and venue of the exam based on their convenience.
    4. Reviewing : At the end of each section, candidates can review their answers and reattempt if necessary.


    NMAT 2024 Marking Scheme:


    GMAC will evaluate the performance of NMAT exam takers based on the following marking scheme.


    • Each objective-type question on the NMAT exam carries three marks.
    • There are no negative markings in case of incorrect attempts
    • Unattempted questions receive zero marks.
    • Once the candidate completes a specific section, all responses are declared final


    NMAT NMIMS 2024 Phase 2 Final Selection Process:


    • The second stage of the MBA selection process will be conducted offline at NMIMS Mumbai Campus
    • It includes a computer-based Written Analytical Test (WAT), WATSON Test, and Personal Interview (PI).
    • You will receive the Call Letter for the process on your NoPaperForms dashboard.
    • You must submit the WAT & PI invite form and make the payment. After payment, "Book your WAT/PI slot" will appear on your dashboard.
    • Please choose the date and session for your WAT/PI process.
    • Please note: Each session has limited seats. You should book another slot if your first preference is not available. No rescheduling requests will be entertained.
