MAT December 2026 Important Dates
The MAT December 2026 exam will be conducted in two modes: Paper Based Test (PBT) and Computer Based Test (CBT).
The MAT PBT exam is scheduled for 20 December 2026, while the MAT CBT exam will be conducted on 27 December 2026. Candidates can choose the examination mode according to their preference during the registration process.
The registration process for MAT December 2026 is conducted online through the official AIMA MAT website. Candidates interested in appearing for the December session should complete their application before the deadline applicable to their selected test mode.
For MAT PBT, the registration deadline is 14 December 2026, while candidates opting for MAT CBT can register until 21 December 2026.
Candidates should carefully check the details entered in the application form before submitting it.
AIMA will release separate admit cards for the PBT and CBT examinations.

Candidates should download their admit cards from the official MAT website and check the examination details before appearing for the test.
Candidates who have completed their graduation in any discipline from a recognised institution can appear for MAT. Final-year undergraduate students can also apply provisionally, subject to the eligibility requirements of the participating management institutes.
The eligibility and admission requirements may vary across individual MBA and PGDM institutes. Candidates should therefore check the admission criteria of the institutes they wish to apply to.
Candidates have two examination options for the December 2026 session:
MAT PBT: The examination is conducted in Paper Based Test mode and is scheduled for 20 December 2026.
