CLAT 2027 Notification Released: Registration Begins on August 3, Exam on December 6

The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has officially released the CLAT 2027 Press Release, announcing the schedule for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2027) for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) law programmes.

According to the official announcement, the CLAT 2027 online application process will commence on 3 August 2026, while the examination will be conducted on Sunday, 6 December 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

The Consortium has also confirmed that there will be no changes to the CLAT 2027 syllabus or examination pattern for both UG and PG programmes. The existing syllabus, sections, and examination format will continue for the upcoming admission cycle.
