ABOUT AILET EXAM:

The National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) administers the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) to candidates seeking admission to law programs at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate levels. This is a national entrance exam that is solely held for NLU Delhi law program admission.

AILET BA LLB Eligibility Criteria 2025:


Candidates can check the AILET Eligibility Criteria in the table given below:

Criteria Requirements Educational Qualifications Candidates must have passed their class 12 exams with minimum 45% scores from a recognized institute.
SC/ST/PwD candidates must score a minimum 40% aggregate score in their class 12.
Candidates who are appearing for their class 12 exams are also eligible to appear for the AILET 2025 exam.
Age Limit There is no age limit to take up the AILET exam.



AILET 2025 MARKING SYSTEM:


  • There will be Negative Marking in AILET 2024.

  • The criteria for negative marking will be based on the formula 0.25*4=1 that means per wrong answer 0.25 Marks will be deducted.

  • Therefore, four wrong answers will lead to deduction of 1 Mark.


AILET 2025 SELECTION PROCESS:


  • If two or more candidates get the same marks at the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), their merit will be determined on the basis of higher marks in the section LOGICAL REASONING on in the AILET 2024.

  • The criteria for negative marking will be based on the formula 0.25*4=1 that means per wrong answer 0.25 Marks will be deducted.

  • Therefore, four wrong answers will lead to deduction of 1 Mark.

AILET Application Form 2025:


AILET 2025 Application Process will tentatively start in August 2024. The Application Form for AILET 2025 will be released online mode at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Candidates must note that they need to fill out and submit the AILET 2025 Form along with the registration fee before the last date.
